FOOD LION MVP CARD HELPS RAISE MONEY FOR SHELTER.
You can help raise money for out shelter by using your MVP card at Food Lion. All you have to do is register your card on line at www.foodlion.com, click on fundraising, select the state of WV, select Martinsburg, select our organization and enter your card information. You can also call the shelter (304-267-8389) and provide your name and 12 digit number from your card and we will be glad to register it for you. It doesn't make any difference where you live, by registering your card with our organization it helps us. Each time you shop at Food Lion and use your MVP card, a portion of your total grocery purchase will be donated to your organization. This program does not interfere with the MVP discounts and no MVP product has to be purchased to participate.

PRIVATE PET CREMATIONS
The death of a beloved pet is never
an easy thing for a family to go through. At that moment decisions
sometimes have to be made in a hurry. If you consider having your
pet cremated the Berkeley County
Humane Society is now doing private pet cremations. Your pet will be
picked-up, cremated and their ashes will be placed in a handmade wooden urn
with care.
Advise your Veterinarian that you
would like to have cremation services conducted by the Berkeley County Humane
Society or call 304-267-8389 for more details.
Cost of cremation is:
Under 100 pounds--$150.00
Over 100 pounds--$200.00
Cremation only with no ashes
returned--$75.00
